In 2010, Prof. Verdone started a course at the University of Bologna whose name became after a few years Project Management and Soft Skills (PMSS). Initially offered to students of the Master degree in Telecommunications Engineering, soon attracted participation by all Schools of the University (Humanities, Science, Economics, besides Engineering).
For many years it is yearly attended by about 100 students of Master degrees, who sign a disclosure form making all experiments performed during the classes available for scientific studies. About 50% of students are foreign. About 40% are females. More than 30% every year are from non-STEM degrees.
