After March 1 lecture:

Fill the Form S2 carefully, by March 6, 12 pm.
- CV Contest
Prepare your CV and Cover Letter. Submission of the CVs (with cover letters) has to be done via email in PDF format by March 20, 12 pm. The subject of the email must be “PMSS – CV Contest”. The name of the two attached files should be:
– UI_CV
– UI_Cover
where UI is the student’s Unique Identifier.
In the body of the email indicate whether you apply for the real internship or the virtual job position.
After March 8 lecture:
Test yourself through the ILS Questionnaire and fill the Form RL carefully, by March 13, 12 pm.
After March 15 lecture:

- Project Proposal

CV Contest.
A professional and experienced recruiter will open a (virtual) position as a project manager. Students of this course will be allowed to submit their own CVs to simulate a true job application. The CVs will be analyzed by the recruiter, and the winner(s) elected – with the consequent simplification of their exam.

Exam.
The exam will provide a pass/fail outcome (no mark).
Before the date of the oral exam (see below the dates and deadlines) the student will deliver to the instructor:
1) a three-page project proposal, following the template provided by the instructor (“Project Proposal Template”); this can be shared by all members of a group, if a team is created;
2) your CV and Cover Letter, applying for the CV Contest positions (“Associate Project Manager_Job Description” and “Assistant to WiLab Communication and Project Managers_Internship Description”)
3) a one-page document, following the template provided (“One Page Document Template”);
On the date of the exam, the student will:
1) take a multiple-answer examination;
2) present to the instructor a PowerPoint presentation describing their personal Bachelor thesis, following the guidelines for presentations discussed during the course.
Delivery of material for the exam must happen before deadlines (see below) via email to camilla.broggini [at] unibo.it with subject “PMSS – Exam”, attaching all documents in .pdf form. The body of the email should include name(s) of student(s) submitting the documents for the exam and the UI(s). Students whose material has already been accepted during the course, do not need to re-submit.
At the oral exam, all material provided is possibly discussed; the presentation is given a maximum time slot of five minutes.
Exam dates and deadlines
The written part of the exam will be online for everybody. The oral part has to be taken in presence only.
All material must be received by precise deadlines. Students have to register on AlmaEsami by the same deadline.
Please note that the pre-exam includes only the written part; all the other dates include both the written and the oral part.
